Graduated from ESSEC, Sébastien started his international career (USA, Germany) as a financial auditor at Deloitte and then evolved as a Senior Manager within the Airbus group through various positions in internal audit, finance and purchasing. Today, Sébastien works as a strategic consultant and negotiator to facilitate the relationship between European contractors and subcontractors, mainly on projects located in Germany (Telecommunications and Energy). Its clients, public and private operators, can rely on its network of qualified European subcontractors to accelerate the deployment of their infrastructure projects.
In 2022, Sébastien obtained the Negotiation Mastery certification from the Harvard Business School. Sébastien is inspired daily by the principles of principled negotiation to create maximum value to be shared between stakeholders.
